Trip Down Memory Lane

This past weekend we were invited to a friend's wedding in the same town where we went to college. It happens to be near the beach also, so we took the opportunity to show our son our old stomping ground. Our little guy did such a wonderful job traveling, he slept in the car and while he was awake, took in all the sights. We even got to eat out at a nice restaurant together, but we found that it is quite a different experience with a 5 month old. He was grabbing everything off of the table, and having fun banging the silverware around. Wow! I thought we'd have more time before this stage started. Gone are the days of him sitting quietly in his car seat while we eat! He is becoming much more of a little person, though, and that is really fun to see.
