6 months old

Well, the big milestone has finally arrived. Our son turned 6 months yesterday. It was pretty uneventful, except that we did do a little shopping (I bought him a cute fall outfit!) and Papa & Mama got boba. Developmentally he is doing well. He is pretty much sitting up all the time without assistance. And he is starting to creep forward when he's on his tummy. I am not ready for him to be mobile yet!!

He's also starting to eat solid food. We started with rice cereal, and have moved on to sweet potatoes and acorn squash. So far he seems to be following our family tradition of loving all kinds of food! The only problem is that his gastrointestinal system seems to be a little confused. He hasn't had a bowel movement in 3 days now! (sorry to share such personal details..) Hopefully this will correct itself. I've got some video of his first meal, so I'll try to get that posted soon.
